Provide Your Order Information
You'll need to send your order number which you received in an email or paper invoice directly from us.

Receive Return Instructions
If your return is accepted, we'll send you our returns address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Important Notice

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Damages and Issues

If you are returning an item because it is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at help@audreyfashion.com. In these cases, we will cover the return costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for a collection. Any damaged, defective or wrong item is eligible for a free replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Custom or personalized products made to order
  • Personal care items (including beauty or hygiene products)

Return Shipping Responsibility

In accordance with our returns and refunds policy, you must first contact us. Once you have received confirmation and a return document, you may proceed with the return. Without this, your return will not be accepted. After confirmation, all returns must be sent to our partner fulfillment centre in the United Kingdom.

Please note that while our company is registered in France, all returns are handled by our logistics partner in the United Kingdom to ensure faster processing for our UK customers. All returns must be sent to the following address:

  • For a Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item because it is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at help@audreyfashion.com. In these cases, we will cover the return costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for a collection. Any damaged, defective or wrong item is eligible for a free replacement or a refund.

Refund Process & Timeline

Step 1: Inspection (2-4 business days)
Once we've received your return package, we will process the inspection within 2-4 business days.
Step 2: Bank Processing (3-5 business days)
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. You should receive the money back in your account and on your statement within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank, credit card, or payment processor).
