Where do you deliver?

We deliver only in the United Kingdom. Please check our shipping policy.

 
What are your delivery times?

Last Order Time: 12:00 AM (midnight) GMT - Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.

Order handling time: Transit time will be 5-7 business days, Monday to Friday.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package. Our tracking page is : here.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with their original tags attached. Please check our returns & refunds policy.

 
How can I return an item?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at help@audreyfashion.com to obtain a return number and detailed instructions. 

 
Who pays for return shipping?

In accordance with our returns and refunds policy, you must first contact us. Once you have received confirmation and a return document, you may proceed with the return. Without this, your return will not be accepted. After confirmation, all returns must be sent to our partner fulfillment centre in the United Kingdom:

  • For a Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item because it is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at help@audreyfashion.com
    . In these cases, we will cover the return costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for a collection.
When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received your return package, we will process the inspection within 2-4 business days. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. You should receive the money back in your account and on your statement within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank, credit card, or payment processor).

All prices displayed on our website are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

When will I be charged?

You will be charged immediately when you place your order and your payment is confirmed. Your card will be debited at the time of purchase, not when the item is shipped.

What if an item is out of stock?

Our stock levels are automatically updated in real-time on our website. If a product you're interested in is out of stock, please contact us at help@audreyfashion.com and we will notify you by email as soon as the item is back in stock.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes, all our products come with the manufacturer's 2-year warranty, plus you have 30 days after receipt to decide whether to keep the product or not. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team at help@audreyfashion.com with your order number and details of the issue.
